   The use of lasers can significantly improve the appearance of the skin.  Laser procedures are minimally invasive and are easily performed in the office.  Only topical anesthesia is typically used.  Notice the clearing of the skin in the post-procedure photograph (on right).  Lasers are used to tighten the skin, shrink pore size, and soften wrinkles, pigmentation, and acne scarring.
