• Vishal Banthia, MD FACS

   

  Dr. Banthia is a Facial Plastic Surgeon who specializes in comprehensive and minimally invasive aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.

  Dr. Banthia is double Board Certified in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He holds numerous accomplishments in the medical field for his research, patents, and other educational contributions. His lectures have taken him worldwide to share his expertise in facial and cosmetic surgery, and his list of publications is extensive.
  Dr. Banthia has lectured on his techniques in minimally invasive surgery and laser surgery to Plastic Surgeons, Facial Plastic Surgeons, and Dermatologists throughout the country. He is a member of several societies and organizations dedicated to facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.  Dr. Banthia received a selective Humanitarian Travel Award sponsored by the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery to be part of a surgical team performing pro bono cleft lip / palate and microtia surgery in Honduras.  In 2006 and 2008, Dr. Banthia was recognized as a "Top Doctor" and "Top Surgeon" in the Bay Area.

  Dr. Chan has been published extensively in medical literature, written textbook chapters, and lectured nationally on facial plastics and reconstructive surgery.  He remains actively involved in research dedicated to developing bioengineered tissue for use in plastic and reconstructive procedures and holds US patents in this area.  Dr. Chan has also been recognized as a "Top Surgeon" in the Bay Area.

  Dr. Pollard is Board Certified and has published research articles, delivered presentations, and trained other surgeons in the specialty of minimally invasive aesthetic procedures. He is a Bay Area native who returned to the region after completing a prestigious Fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under the guidance of world-renowned surgeon Calvin M. Johnson, Jr. M.D.   He is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.  In 2008, Dr. Pollard was recognized as a "Top Surgeon" in the Bay Area.

  Dr. Gujrati has completed Fellowship training in Facial Plastic Surgery and Hair Restoration under the guidance of one of the nations most renowned Hair Transplant surgeons, Dr. Daniel Rousso. He is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
